Xiaomi India headManu Kumar Jain teased the launch of Redmi Note 7 smartphone in India last month. But an exact launch date of the smartphone in India has been revealed now. It is Feburary 28.
The India launch of the Redmi Note 7 has been confirmed in a Twitter postby Redmi India.

Xiaomi’s new brand Redmi launched Redmi Note 7 in China earlier last month. After China, India will be the second market to get the Redmi Note 7.
The Redmi Note 7 features a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 450 nits brightness, 84 percent NTSC colour gamut and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It is powered by the 2.2GHz Snapdragon 660 octa-core SoC coupled with Adreno 512 GPU.
For the camera department, the Redmi Note 7 is equipped with a dual camera setup with one 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor with LED flash and f/1.8 Aperture and another 5-megapixel sensor for depth information. Up front, there is a 13-megapixel selfie sensor as well. It runs on MIUI 10 based on Android Pie and is backed up by a 4,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 4 support.
