Oppo launched F9 Pro smartphone in India last month for Rs 23,990 in Sunrise Red, Twilight Blue, and Starry Purple colour variants. The Sunrise Red and Twilight Blue variants already went on sale earlier on August 31. Now starting today, the Starry Purple is also made available for sale in the country. Oppo F9 Pro Starry Purple is now available to purchase on Flipkart, Amazon and Paytm, as well as offline retail stores across the country.
The main highlight of the Oppo F9 Pro is that it comes with a waterdrop-like display notch and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and the screen-to-body ratio of 90.8 per cent. Another highlight of the smartphone is that it features Oppo’s proprietary VOOC flash charging with which company claims two hours of talk time with just a five-minute charge.
As far as specs are concerned, Oppo F9 Pro feature a 6.3-inch full HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) LTPS TFT display and 90.8% screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by MediaTek Helio P60 processor with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. It features a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel.

Oppo F9 Pro runs on ColorOS 5.2 based on Android 8.1 Oreo and is backed up with a 3,500mAh battery. Connectivity features include Dual 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, A-GPS+GLONASS, a micro USB port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Dimensions are 156.7 x 74 x 7.99mm and weighs 169 grams.
