Oppo has today launched Oppo F9 Pro and F9 smartphones in India for Rs 23,990 and Rs 19,990 respectively. TheOppo F9 Pro smartphone is available for pre-order exclusively on Flipkart starting and all Oppo stores today. Those who pre-order the device via offline channels will be also getting a 3D metallic bottle. Oppo F9 will made available for sale later.
It will go on sale via online on Flipkart and Amazon and offline stores like Reliance Digital, Croma, Poorvika, Sangeetha Mobiles, Vijay Sales, Lot, and Big C from August 31st. The smartphone will come with one-time screen replacement, additional data from Jio, up to 10 per cent cashback on ICIC Bank credit card and EMI transactions for offline pre-orders. The Oppo F9 Pro comes in Sunrise Red, Twilight Blue, and Starry Purple colour variants. The Oppo F9 comes in Black and Purple colours.
The specs of both the smartphones are mostly the same except some minor changes. The F9 model comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage while the F9 Pro comes with 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.Also, the Oppo F9 has a 16-megapixel selfie camera while the F9 Pro comes with a 25-megapixel selfie camera. Another major difference is that the F9 Pro comes with VOOC Flash charging support.
The main highlight of the Oppo F9 Pro and F9 is that both the devices have waterdrop-like display notch. Both come with a notch on the front panel shaped as a water droplet with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and the screen-to-body ratio of 90.8 per cent. Oppo F9 Pro feature Oppo’s Proprietary VOOC flash charging. The company has claimed two hours of Talk time with just a five-minute charge.
Talking about their specifications, Oppo F9 Pro and F9 feature a 6.3-inch full HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) LTPS TFT display. They are powered by MediaTek Helio P60 processor with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. Both the smartphones have a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel.
The Oppo F9 Pro and F9 comes equipped with dual rear camera setup of 16-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 Aperture and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash. For selfies, F9 Pro has a 25-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture and AI technology support while F9 has a 16-megapixel front camera.
