Oppo is currently working on its next selfie-centric F-series smartphones - Oppo F9 and F9 Pro. The Oppo F9 has now been spotted in some hands-on images revealing some features and colour variants of the phone as well. A new teaser has also revealed that the Oppo F9 will be launching in Vietnam on August 15 and it will be featuring a 25-megapixel AI driven front camera.

The images show that the Oppo F9 will come in Sunrise Red and Twilight Blue colour variants. They also show the rear of the device which reveals that it will come with horizontally aligned dual rear cameras with a dual LED flash on the right, which is encased within silver coloured rings.

Both the images in Sunrise Red and Twilight Blue colours show a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner with ‘Oppo’ logo below it as well. The phone has curved corners with a power button on the right and while on the left there is volume rocker button. Both colour variants also show a diamond-like pattern which seems quite similar to RealMe 1.

Meanwhile, Oppo’s Malaysia Twitter handle has also teased Twilight Blue and Sunrise Red colour variants of the Oppo F9. Just yesterday, Oppo India confirmed that Oppo F9 Pro will have a waterdrop design with the screen-to-body ratio of 90.8 per cent. Smartphone. Like F9 Pro, Oppo F9 will also likely be featuring waterdrop design. The notch in F9 is said to be the same in the Oppo F9 Pro. Both the phones might have a same 19.5:9 screen aspect ratio.
