Oppo A9s with Snapdragon 665 SoC could be in works

Surprisingly, the specifications of Oppo PCHM10 aka Oppo A9s is quite similar to the other Oppo phone with model number 'CPH1931' which got the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) certification last month.

Oppo is working on yet another smartphone, which could be launched soon, as details of a new phone with model number Oppo PCHM10 has been surfaced on OPPO remote test website listing and Geekbench benchmark website.

Slashleaks has posted a screenshot of Oppo PCHM10 taken from OPPO remote test website listing and was also spotted on Geekbench benchmark website, revealing its key specifications. Surprisingly, the specifications of Oppo PCHM10 is quite similar to the other Oppo phone with model number ‘CPH1931’ which got the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) certification last month. So we could expect that PCHM10 could be China-only variant, while CPH1931 would be a global variant. Moreover, as per the report, the smartphone could be launched as Oppo A9s.

As per listings, the alleged Oppo A9s will come equipped 1.8GHz octa-core by Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC with Adreno 610 GPU. It phone will display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 and will have 4GB of RAM. The phone will 9 Pie based on ColorOS 6.0.1.

As per Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) certification of Oppo CPH1931 (Oppo A9s), the smartphone will have 6.5-inch HD+ display and will be powered by Snapdragon 665 SoC. Further, the smartphone will be backed up by a 5,000mAh battery and connectivity options include connectivity, the handset has quad-band 2G, tri-band 3G, 7-band FDD-LTE, and quad-band TD-LTE as well as Bluetooth 5.0 and b/g/n/ac.

Last week, anotherOppo’sA-series smartphone withmodel number CPH1925 had been certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), which could be launched as Oppo A1s. This listing hints towards the imminent launch of the phone in India soon
