OnePlus has started rolling out a stable update to its older OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T smartphones. The brand has rolled out stable OxygenOS 9.0.16 for the OnePlus 6T and OxygenOS 9.0.8 for OnePlus 6.
The update brings August security patch to both the devices. The changelog reveals that the update brings the Fnatic mode in the gaming mode that brings immersive gaming experience. The update also brings Zen Mode to both the devices with some additional features.
The company has also added DC dimming feature on OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T. The feature can be accessed by going to OnePlus Laboratory. The update also brings Password settings for Hidden Space feature. Furthermore, the update brings an optimized pocket mode. It also fixes an issue with apps failings to respond.
The update also adds a quick reply in landscape mode. One can activate it by going to Settings > Utilities > Quick reply in Landscape. It also fixes an issue to unlock apps successfully using fingerprint when the screen recorder is turned on. Lastly, the update brings general bug fixes and stability improvements.
