Minube, a popular travel assistant application for iOS, has announced its Android counterpart as well. This Android counterpart comes with all the features and functionalities of the iOS version, along with support for Android powered smartphones and tablets. Minube is a social travel platform, which uses the recommendations, photos, and videos from a community of over 600,000 international travelers to help users find new and original destinations to visit, and the best places to eat, sleep, visit, drink and shop once they arrive. Very similar to Trip Advisor, Minube also helps travelers discover more when they travel to any place and also lets them share places that others might have missed.
Minube lets people collaborate using its platform and share what they already know about a place, or helps them discover things if that’s what they want. Users can join friends and family to the lists and share with them privately or personally, getting the options they really seek while getting followers too if they are really avid travelers.
The social media integration of the application allows users to share and connect using services such as Twitter, Facebook and the classic email as well.
The application is available for devices running Android version 2.2 and above, and it is available absolutely free of cost with support for various languages including English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
