Microsoft unveils Surface Pro 4 hybrid tablet with 16 GB RAM, reveals Band 2

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has expandable RAM facility; you can have of up to 16 GB of RAM.

Microsoft, which yesterday announced the Lumia 950 and 950 XL smartphones, has also announced a new laptop-tablet hybrid called Surface Pro 4 and the 2 fitness band.

The Surface Pro 4 has a 12.3 inch PixelSense display with 4. It runs on 6th Gen Intel processor and expandable RAM facility – you can increase its RAM to up to 16 GB. It has a micro SD card slot as well. The hybrid tablet also offers 802.11ac WiFi, 4.0 Low Energy (LE) and full size 3.0 port.

Besides, the tablet has an 8 rear facing camera, 5 megapixel front camera and access to all Office apps.

The Band 2 fitness tracker has a curved Gorilla Glass 3 display and comes with a soft rubber bracelet. It has 11 – Optical heart rate sensor, 3-axis accelerometer/gyro, Gyrometer, GPS, Ambient light sensor, Skin temperature sensor, UV sensor, Capacitive sensor, Galvanic skin response, Microphone and Barometer.

Ofcourse it will allow you to track calories burned and sleep pattern. Besides, it will offer you Email, text, calendar, and call alerts on the go. The Band 2 is compatible with Windows Phone, and even iPhones. It has Bluetooth 4.0 to connect it to other devices. The Band 2 has got a Li-Po battery and as per the company can be fully charged in just 1.5 hours via a USB charging cable.
