Microsoft Surface Pro with LTE connectivity to launch on December 1 : Report

The cellular variants will only be available for the Intel Core i5 processor and they will be available in either 4GB RAM and 128GB of storage or 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage, along with Intel HD Graphics 620 graphics card.

During the launch of 2017 Surface Pro tablet, Microsoft promised to launch an integrated version for those who prefer to carry their device on-the-go. As a report by Neowin, Microsoft is all set to launch a LTE-enabled Surface Pro on December, 1.

The report even speculated that company will announce the Surface Pro LTE next month at the Future Decoded event in London, where Panos Panay, Surface Chief will hold the keynotes.

The report added, the cellular variants will only be available in the Intel Core i5 processors. Further, the variants could be backed by either 4GB and 128GB of storage or 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage, along with Intel Graphics 620.

Earlier, Microsoft announced the Surface Pro 2-in-1 tablet with a new design, display, hardware and new accessories at a starting price of $ 799.99 (approx. Rs 52,400). It sports a 12.3-inch PixelSense Display with a screen of 2736 x 1824 pixels along with 267ppi density and 3:2 aspect ratio. The device comes with a 165-degree adjustable hinge as well.

The Surface Pro comes loaded with the latest 7th Intel Kaby Lake and will be available in choices of Core m3, Core i5 and Core i7 variants. The Core m3 and Core i5 come with a fanless design. Coming to memory option, the Core m3 will available in 4GB RAM, 128GB of flash storage and Intel HD Graphics 615 GPU.
