Micromax has silently launched another Android Lollipop based smartphone, named as Micromax Canvas Play. The smartphone has been found listed on the company’s website but without any price tag.
As per the listing, the Micromax Canvas Play has a 5.5 inch touchscreen but with very ordinary 480×854 pixels resolution. It has a 1.3 Ghz quad core Processor (Mediatek MT6582M chipset) and even 1 GB RAM. There is also decent 8 GB of internal storage and a 32 GB micro SD card slot.
The Micromax Canvas Play also comes with a decent 2820 mAh battery promising 10 hours of talktime and 273 hours of standby. The Canvas Play has two SIM card slots and offers 3G connectivity. Besides, it has GPS, Bluetooth and WiFi.
Micromax has several Android Lollipop based smartphones in its kitty that include recently released Canvas Spark, Canvas Fire 4, Canvas Juice 2 and the Canvas A1.
