LG launched its flagship device, the V30+, in India last year for Rs 44,990. Now, the company has slashed the price of its flagship smartphone.
The smartphone is now priced at Rs 39,990 on Amazon India, thus, reflecting a price cut of Rs 5,000. However, it is important to note that the price cut is meant for the Silver colour option of the V30+.
On the other hand, the Black colour option is available at a discounted price of Rs 39,840, while the Roseberry Rose colour variant is currently listed at Rs 41,800 on Amazon India. Additionally, there is no price cut for the Blue colour option and it is currently listed for Rs 44,990 on the e-commerce platform.
LG is offering offer a host of interesting offers with the V30+ as well. Amazon Prime users will get 10 per cent cash back with Citi Bank Credit cards EMI. However, the offer is only valid until today i.e July 31, 2018. Apart from this, Amazon is giving an exchange offer of up to Rs 8,500.
Meanwhile, LG has started seeding a new update for V30+ that brings Android 8.0 Oreo to the latest device. Interestingly, the update also brings the ThinQ branding to the V30+ and it would be now be called as LG V30 ThinQ. The update also brings AI camera features to the flagship smartphone. Apart from this, users will get the June security patch.
The ThinQ feature from LG made its debut with LG V30S ThinQ that was launched at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018. The company claims that the AI in camera and voice recognition will make the phone smarter and easier to use. There is Vision AI that brings three new intelligent camera features: AI CAM, QLens and Bright Mode. Then there is Voice AI that will allow users to runs apps and change settings through voice commands.
