Lenovo has revealed its new convertible laptop-tablet convertible, the Yoga 900S, at Consumer Electronic Show in Las Vegas, USA. At 12.8 mm thickness, as per Lenovo, the Q900S is world’s thinnest convertible. Also at 999 grams, this 12.5 inch display bearing device is one of the lightest even for a convertible, let alone a laptop.
Yoga 900S is a hinged hybrid and thus does not have completely detachable keyboard. It looks stunning in watchband hinge. It has three USB ports but it has no SD card slot like its predecessor, the Q900. However, Q900S comes with Active Pen (Stylus) support to make note making and sketching much easier.
The Windows 10 based Yoga 900S is powered by 6th-generation Intel Core M7 Processor and has a 12.5 inch touchscreen with Resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. It has Dolby Audio Premium and as per the company, the laptop offers up to 10.5 hours of video playback. The convertible laptop’s 360-degree watchband hinge with four modes.
The laptop will run on Windows 10 operating system out of the box. The price of the laptop will start at $1,099 when it will debut in March this year.
