Lava has launched its second smartphone under its Atom series, named as Atom 2, at Rs 4,949.
“Atom 2 is a good looking smartphone with a big screen at this price segment which has been specifically designed keeping in mind the requirements of a first time smartphone user,” said the company in a press release.
The Lava Iris Atom 2 comes with a 4.5 inch display with 480×854 pixels resolution. This Android 4.4 KitKat based smartphone is upgradable to Android Lollipop and is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor.
The Atom 2 has 512 MB RAM, 8 GB built in storage and expandable storage of upto 32 GB. The smartphone offers a 5 megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera. It has a 1750 mAh Li-Ion battery.
The smartphone is available in two-colour variants, White and Black, across all national retail stores, multi-brand outlets and online platforms.
