iVoomi Me3, Me3S smartphones with shatter proof display launching today

iVooMi Me3 and iVooMi Me3S will go on sale on 7th Sept 2017 midnight on Flipkart.

Chinese smartphone brand iVoomi is all set to announce its new Me3 and Me3S smartphones at an event to be held in New Delhi today. The company has already sent the media invite for the launch of Me3 and Me3S smartphones. iVooMi Me3 and iVooMi Me3S will go on sale on 7th Sept 2017 midnight on Flipkart.

Recently, the company released its first teaser video for the smartphones which revealed that the smartphones will feature Shatterproof Display. The teaser video released by iVOOMi, started with the morning time when sunlight filled the apartment while the guy was sleeping with his head buried in the pillow. The next shot focused on the smartphone lying next to the bed, suddenly started ringing with the alarm. Annoyed with the repeatedly ringing alarm, the guy grabs the phone and bashed it against the wall. At the end, the camera zoomed on the phone lying on the floor, which was intact, and then the text appears #ShatterProofDisplay Coming Soon”.

iVoomi which entered India in March this year with the launch of iVOOMi iV505 smartphone has till now launched 6 to 7 smartphones in the country. The company launched iVoomi Me 2 just last week for Rs 3,999. iVoomi Me 2 features a 4.5-inch WVGA (480 x 854p) display and is powered by a Quad-Core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and comes with 16GB internal storage which can be further expanded up to 64GB via micro SD card.

The smartphone has an 8-megapixel auto-focus rear camera with an LED flash coupled with a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calling. The device is equipped with 2000 mAh battery and offers Dual SIM, 4G with VoLTE, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, micro-USB port and FM radio for connectivity.
