Instagram has introduced new face filters that users can employ while sharing live videos. The new feature will be rolling out globally over the next several weeks and it will be available for both and users.

Among different face filters, there is a new sunglasses face filter, which is available exclusively in live videos for the next week. Through this filter, one can change the scenery reflected in the lenses. In order to use face filters in live video, tap the face icon in the bottom right corner before or during your broadcast.

Further, when the broadcast has ended, users can share a replay to stories. They can also choose “Discard” and the live video will disappear from the app. Previously, Instagram announced that it will bring Stories feature to the web. The company says that users can watch Stories from mobile web and desktop site.

The stories will be shown at the top of the feed and one can tap to watch them. In order to skip or go back to a story, users can tap the right or left arrows. The update will be available to everyone in coming weeks and users can also post stories from mobile web in the coming months.
