InFocus M812 with 3 GB RAM launched in India at Rs 19,999

Clad in a metal unibody, the phone looks quite stylish and has powerful features as well.

US based InFocus today announced the launch of InFocus M812 smartphone in India.

Commenting on the launch, Sachin Thapar, country head, InFocus India said, “Today, metal is the ultimate hallmark of premium quality and enviable looks. Keeping this benchmark in mind, we have created the InFocus M812 as the most covetable epitome of design and performance. For the style-conscious lovers, we believe this flagship smartphone will become a symbol of exquisite aesthetics and an extension of their personality.”

The InFocus M812 has a sleek, measuring just 7.3 mm, anodized aluminum uni-body design, which is sculpted out of a single block of aluminum. The phone has a 5.5 inch Full IPS display that has 3 glass protection.

The InFocus M812 is equipped with a 13 rear camera with a dual tone flash and an 8 megapixel front camera that claims to offer 80 degree wide viewing angle.

The InFocus M812 comes packed with 3GB along with 2.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, running on 64-bit architecture. The device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop and features connectivity. It has the InLife UI 2.0 interface.

In the M812 there is a 2900 battery and it has quick charging capability that claims to recharge it to 40 per cent in 30 minutes flat and in one hour the phone can have 80 per cent of charge. As per the company, the battery has a network connecting of up to 500 hours and one can play HD videos for up to 7 hours without disruption.

Besides, the phone has one card slot, an expandable storage slot of 128 capacity, 16 GB internal memory, 4.0, WiFi (a/b/g/n/ac), and GPS with and GLONASS.

The smartphone has a price tag of Rs 19,999 and will be available from Snapdeal only. The registration for the InFocus M812 starts from today itself (23rd September) while the sale starts from 1st October, 2015.
