At the IFA 2019 Conference in Berlin, Acer has announced the launch of the Predator Triton 300 gaming laptop, an updated Predator Triton 500 with 300 Hz display and a Predator Thronos Air Gaming Chair. All three products will be available in India.
Acer Predator Triton 300 gaming laptop
The Predator Triton 300 features a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS display with a144 Hz refresh rate and 3 ms overdrive response time. It can be powered to up to a 9th Gen Intel Core i7 processor with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 GPU, 16 GB of RAM and up to two 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSDs for storage.
Weighing in at 2.3kg, the Triton 300 comes with Wi-Fi 6 AX 1650 support and Killer Ethernet. The included keyboard features zoned RGB lighting and dedicated Turbo and Predator Sense keys. The WASD, arrow and dedicated keys are concave shaped and transparent for ease-of-use.
Additionally, the Triton 300 comes with dual fans with support for Acer 4th Gen AeroBlade 3D metal fan technology and CoolBoost technology as well as air intake and exhaust vents. Audio is delivered using Waves Nx modelling.
Acer Predator Triton 500
The Predator Triton 500 features a 15.6-inch Full HD display with an improved refresh rate of 300Hz. The gaming laptop is powered by up to a 9th Gen Intel Core i7 processor and comes with a 17.9 mm thin form profile and an 81 percent screen-to-body ratio.
Acer Predator Thronos Air Gaming Chair
The Predator Thronos Air Gaming Chair features a chair, modular desk and a monitor arm designed for gaming. The chair can be adjusted to up to 180 degrees and includes a massage function, an adjustable keyboard and mouse tray and a Teal blue lighting.
The Predator Thronos Air can support up to three displays and the monitor arm can be manually raised and lowered with a handle. Users can also place a camera in the middle monitor for live streaming a session. Additional features include a seat stabilizer, cup holder, headset holder, USB hub and a camera.
Availability and Pricing:
Acer Predator Triton 300 and Thronos Air will be available from October and November respectively in India. The new Predator Triton 500 is already available for a price of Rs 1,65,999.
