Huawei P9, P9 Max and P9 Lite specs leaked ahead of official launch

Oppomart has leaked the hardware specifications of P9 along with the specifications of P9 Max and P9 Lite as well.

The much speculated Huawei P9 is all set to be launched on April 6 as reported earlier. But ahead of that, Oppomart, a Chinese e-retailer, has leaked the hardware specifications of P9 along with the specifications of P9 Max and P9 Lite as well. The website has listed Huawei P9 for $499 (approximately Rs 33,315) , the P9 Max for $699 (approximately Rs 46,714) and the P9 Lite for $299 (approximately Rs 19,986). However there is no information about the rumored premium smartphone (with enhanced features) sporting a bigger display than P9 which is expected to be released along with P9.

As per the listing, Huawei P9 sports a 5.2-inch (1920×1080 pixels) display and is powered by 2 GHz Kirin 950 octa core processor, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage. The listing does not reveal anything on operating system but is it is said to come with Marshmallow operating system. Further, as per the listing, the P9 has a 12-megapixel dual rear-facing cameras with optical image stabilization and laser auto-focus, a 5 megapixel front camera and a 3,000 battery.
Huawei P9, P9 Max and P9 Lite
Huawei P9 Max has almost the same set of features except a bigger 6.2-inch QHD display (2560×1440), 4GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage. It has a slightly more powerful Kirin 955 processor than Huawei P9.

On the other hand, Huawei P9 Lite features a 5-inch (1920×1080 pixels) display and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage. It also has 12-megapixel dual rear-facing cameras with optical image stabilization and laser auto-focus and a 5 megapixel front camera. It is powered by 2,500 mAh battery.

We expect the devices specification to be confirmed only at the Huawei P9 launch event on 6th April.
