The purported HTC Volantis tablet is once again in the news. Now, EVLeaks has tweeted some of its alleged features, including unbelievable and unprecedented “5 GB RAM”. EVLeaks has also tweeted a picture of the tablet with aluminum unibody.
As per the tweet, the HTC Volantis has 64 bit Tegra K1 Processor and to run that there is 5 GB DDR3 RAM. It went on to add that the tablet’s 8.9 inch display has 1680×1050 pixels resolution but it should come with 2560×1600 pixels resolution.
Moreover, the post added that the HTC Volantis has 64 GB internal storage but we believe that it would come in different storage variants. It is claimed to have a 5 Megapixel rear camera, capable of recording full high definition videos but EVLeaks added that it should retail with an 8 megapixel unit.
Earlier, a report in May this year claimed that this HTC Volantis will be launched as Google Nexus 8 and will have the latest Android 4.4 KitKat MR2 operating system version.
Ofcourse, no official from either HTC or Google has confirmed these reports.’
