Along with HTC 10 evo HTC has also announced a new Desire series smartphone – the HTC Desire 650. The smartphone will be launched in early December in HTC’s home country, Taiwan for around $170 which is approximately Rs 11,640. The HTC Desire 650 will be available in two colour options – white and dark blue.
The HTC Desire 650 comes with a 5 inch HD (720 x 1280 pixels) display with Gorilla Glass protection and is powered by a quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor of unknown chipset, along with Adreno 430 GPU. The Desire 650 comes with 2GB of RAM, and 16GB internal storage, which can be further expandable to 2TB with a microSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system which is wrapped under HTC Sense 8 UI.
The Desire 650 has a fingerprint scanner on the home key and dual speaker with htc own Boom Sound technology at front side and has a 2200 mAh battery. On the camera front, the smartphone offers 13-megapixel shooter with LED flash and Aperture f/2.2 on its back. On its front, it has an 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video chats with aperture f/2.8 and wide angle lens. Further, the smartphone offers 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4,1, GPS/AGPS/ GLONASS, NFC and Micro USB 2.0. The handset measures 146.9 x 70.9 x 8.4 mm and weighs 140 grams.
