Google celebrating its 19th birthday with a spinning wheel Doodle

Google began its journey in January 1996 as a research project, and later was founded on September 4, 1998, by Larry Page and Sergey Brin when they were both PhD students at Stanford University in Stanford, California

Today Google is celebrating its 19th birthday, in its own way. The search engine giant is known for recalling and showing respect for historical events and birthdays of famous personalities with its Doodle. And this time Google has designed the most fun Doodle, that lets you play with it.

Google began its journey in January 1996 as a research project,and later was founded on September4, 1998, by Larry Page and Sergey Brin when they were both PhD students at Stanford University in Stanford, California.The first ever Doodle was designed by Larry Page and Sergey Brin to notify users of their absence in case the servers crashed, which was in honour of the Burning Man Festival of 1998.

Google 19th year Doodle is decorated with cake, balloons, party hats, gifts and a spinning wheel. By spinning the wheel, users are directed to some of the company’s hidden gems developed over the years; games, virtual tours, rabbit-holes of obscure histories and more. From the series, you will come across interesting results. The first Doodle which we came to know through spinning the wheel, was Cricket, created to celebrate the ICC Champions Trophy.
