Gionee has announced a range of smartphones during an event in China. The company has announced Gionee S11s, S11, M7 Plus, F6, F205 and Steel 3. The brand has also announced Gionee M7 and M7 Power.
The major highlight of the devices is the new FullView display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The brand has already announced the M7 Power and M7 in China. The Gionee M7 Plus comes with a price tag of CNY 4,399 (approx. Rs 43,159), Gionee S11 for CNY 3,299 (approx. Rs 32,366), Gionee S11 for CNY 1,799 (approx. Rs 17650), Gionee F6 for CNY 1,299 (approx. Rs 12,744), Gionee F 205 for CNY 999 (approx Rs 9,801) and Gionee Steel 3 for CNY 1399 (approx. Rs 13,725).
Gionee M7 Plus
Starting with the M7 Plus, the device sports a calfskin leather cover at the back and there is a 21K gold-plated metal plating that houses the camera modules as well. Coming to the specifications, the Gionee M7 Plus sports a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED FullView display with a screen-to-body ratio of 86 percent.
The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 Processor along with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via micro SD card slot. The phone features a dual-camera setup at the back with a combination of 16-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel secondary sensor. For the front, there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with the support of 10W wireless fast charging, making it company’s first device to sports wireless charging technology. It runs on Android Nougat and supports Bluetooth 5.0, dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, WiFi, micro USB port, NFC, and GPS. It also features a dual security Encryption chip that is used to encrypt contacts, photos, and messages.
Gionee S11s and S11
The brand has also added two new members to its S series with the launch of S11s and S11. Both the devices bear a glass body. The Sionee S11s sports a 6.01-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, while the S11 packs a 5.99-inch display with the same Resolution and aspect ratio.
The Gionee S11s is powered by a MediaTek Helio P30 processor along with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The Gionee S11 sports a MediaTek Helio P23 processor along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. In both the smartphones, the memory can be further expanded up to 128GB via micro SD card slot.
Both the smartphones bears two cameras on the front and back. The Gionee S11s bears a combination of 16-megapixel and 8-megapixel sensor, while for the front, there is a 20megapixel and 8-megapixel sensors. The S11 bears a 16-megapixel and 8-megapixel Sensors on the front, while there are a 16-megapixel and 5-megapixel combo on the rear.
The Gionee S11s bears a 3600mAh battery with 18W Fast charging support. The Gionee S11 sports a 3410mAh battery. Both of them runs on On the connectivity front, both of them support 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, dual SIM and micro USB ports.
Gionee F6 and F205
Coming to Gionee F6, the phone features a 5.6-inch HD+ display with a screen resolution 1440 x 720 pixels. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via micro SD card slot.
The device sports a 13MP + 2MP dual rear cameras, while for the front, there is a single 8-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calling. The phone packs a 2970mAh battery and it runs on Android 7.1 Nougat based on Amigo 5.0. On the connectivity front, it supports dual-SIM, micro USB port, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS and 4G VoLTE.
Gionee F205 sports a 5.45-inch display with a same resolution as the F6. The packs a MediaTek MT6739 quad-core processor along with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. On the camera front, it bears an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. The device runs on Android 7.1 Nougat and packs a 2670mAh battery.
Gionee Steel 3
Lastly, the Gionee Steel 3 sports an all-metal design and packs a 5.5-inch HD+ display with a screen resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor along with a 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The memory can be further expanded up to 256GB via micro SD card slot.
On the camera front, it bears an 8-megapixel rear and front cameras. The device also sports a speaker on the back which is backed by AAC 1511. The device is backed by a 4000mAh battery and runs on Android 7.1 Nougat. The Steel 3 supports 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, Dual-SIM and micro USB port.
