Flipkart has announced that it will be hosting its second major sale of the year just weeks after its Payday Sale at the start of 2019. The Flipkart Republic Day Sale will be held during January 20 – 22 with early access for Flipkart Plus members from January 19 at 8 PM.
The brand will offer deals on smartphones, laptops and TVs, Rush hours with extra discounts, Special 26 deals and more during the sale period. Flipkart has partnered with SBI Bank to offers its users an additional 10 percent instant discount on payments made through SBI Credit cards. The e-retailer will also offer exchange deals and no-cost EMI options across its products during the course of the sale. Users will be able to redeem EMI options on their Debit cards, while Bajaj Finserv will offer its own no-cost EMI option.
While regular users will be able to access the special deals from 12 AM on January 20, the Republic Sale will start early for Flipkart Plus members. Flipkart Plus members will get early access from 8 PM on January 19.
The Flipkart Republic Day sale will offer “blockbuster deals” on smartphones, laptops and TVs with new deals to be published every 8 hours. The online marketplace will also host Rush Hours at which time it’ll offer extra discounts on products till 2 AM on January 20 only and there will also be a Special 26 deal which will be held every day between 2 PM and 6 PM to brings an extra 26 percent off.
Additional offers include up to 75 percent off on TVs and home appliances, up to 80 percent discounts on electronic products, 40 – 80 percent off on fashion apparels and furniture. Flipkart will also offer up to 70 percent off on its own branded products, in addition, to buy 3 get 10 percent off and buy 4 get 15 percent off deals. The e-tailer is also bringing 10 percent and 15 percent discount offers when shopping for over Rs 1,450 and Rs 1,950 respectively.
