Coolpad 8737 spotted with 5-inch display, 2GB RAM

The device has been spotted on the website of Chinese certification agency, TENAA.

Seems like Coolpad is working on a new smartphone as an unannounced Coolpad smartphone which is dubbed as Coolpad 8737 has been spotted on the website of Chinese certification agency, TENAA.

As per the TENAA listing, the Coolpad 8737 has a 5 inch full display, a 1.0 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor with Mali-T720 and 2GB RAM. It offers 16GB of internal storage, expandable storage up to 64GB, an 8-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front camera and a 2500 battery.

The phone runs on 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system and the images reveal that it has Gold and Silver colour versions. Connectivity options of the device include dual SIM, 4G-LTE with VoLTE, 4.0, WiFi, GPS/A-GPS and a 2.0 port. The phone is 142.5 mm tall, 70.5 mm wide and 8 mm thin and it weighs 145 grams, according to the TENAA listing.

Recently, a Cool series smartphone with model name Cool C105 was also spotted on the Chinese certification website, TENAA. As per TENNA listing, theCool C105 features a 5.5-inch full HD display with a of 1920×1080 pixels and is powered by a 2.35GHz quad-core Snapdragon 821 processor, along with Adreno 530 GPU. The smartphone comes with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB/128GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system and also houses a fingerprint scanner.

On the camera front, the smartphone flaunts a 16-megapixel primary camera with dual tone LED. and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The smartphone is backed up by a 4000mAh battery. Besides, the smartphone offers 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth, a microUSB port, gravity sensors, distance sensors, and light sensor. The handset measures 151.4×74.7×7.5 mm and weighs 168 grams. Further, as per listing, the smartphone will come in White, black, gold, silver, and blue colour options.
