Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 teased with triple cameras, notched screen

ZenFone Max Pro M2 smartphone will indeed feature a triple-camera setup at the rear.

Asus will launch the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 smartphone in Indonesia on 11th December. The company has now shared a new teaser image that shows a notch display and triple rear cameras.

Asus Indonesia on its twitter handle has shared the poster image with the tagline ‘The Real Pro is coming’. The tweet revealed the launch date as December 11 as well and it shows off the front and back of the device.

In the teaser image, it is confirmed that the ZenFone Max Pro M2 smartphone will indeed feature a triple-camera setup at the rear. The teaser image also confirms the presence of a notch at the top of the display. The notch houses the front camera and some other sensors. Above the selfie camera is the earpiece of the phone.

The Zenfone Max Pro M2 will be the successor of the Zenfone Max Pro M1 smartphone. As per earlier leaks, Zenfone Max Pro M2 will come with model number ZB631KL and it will have a 6-inch FHD+ display. The phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 660 coupled with 4GB of and 64/128GB of internal storage. It will come with triple camera setup but exact configuration is not known yet. However, the primary sensor of the camera setup is said to be 13-megapixel.

The company is also working on the Zenfone Max M2 which will come with model number ZB633KL and it will feature the same 6-inch FHD+ display. It will be powered by Snapdragon 636 processor. The phone will have 4GB of RAM with either 32 or 64GB internal storage. The ZenFone Max M2 will have a 13-megapixel front-facing camera and dual cameras on its back.
