Asus today announced the availability of Zenfone 3 Deluxe (ZS570KL) and Zenfone 3 Ultra (ZU680KL) smartphones in India. The Zenfone 3 Deluxe comes in two different variants, one with Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor and 256GB Internal storage, which is priced at Rs 62,999 and another one with Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and 64GB of internal storage has a price tag of Rs 49,999. The Zenfone 3 Deluxe comes in two metallic colours – Glacier Silver and Sand Gold. On the other hand, Zenfone 3 Ultra is priced at Rs 49,999 and comes in Titanium Grey and Glacier Silver colour options. Starting today, both the smartphones will be available in select Asus Preferred Partner’s retail outlets and all major Online Sales Portals.
The Zenfone 3 Deluxe has a full aluminum alloy unibody design with invisible Antenna and features a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED full HD (1920*1080 pixel ) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection, It is powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Quad-core Snapdragon 820/821 processor (Snapdragon 821 @ 2.4GHz/Snapdragon 820 @ 2.15GHz), along with Adreno 530 (SD 821 Adreno 530 @ 653MHz/ SD 820 Adreno 530 @ 624 MHz). The smartphone comes with 6GB LPDDR4 RAM with Dual-Channel memory controller and 64GB/256GB of internal storage with UFS 2.0. The Zenfone 3 Deluxe is backed up by a 3000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 technology and has a dual hybrid SIM slot. Running on Android Marshmallow operating system wrapped under with ZenUI 3.0.
The smartphone also offers connectivity options such as MiMO WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS (with AGPS, GLONASS and Beidou). In the camera department, the Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe sports an 8-megapixel front camera and a 23-megapixel rear camera that has 6 element lens, f2.0 aperture, dual tone LED flashlight and Sony sensor. It also houses a fingerprint scanner, which is embedded on its back panel and has Type-C USB 3.0 ports as well. Besides, the smartphone offers Accelerometer, E-Compass, Proximity, Ambient Light, Hall, Gyro, new 5 Magnet Speaker, and NXP Smart AMP. The handset measures 156.4 X 77.4 X 4.2 ~7.5mm and weighs 170 grams.
The Asus Zenfone 3 Ultra too has a full aluminium alloy unibody with invisible antenna and features a huge 6.8-inch LCD screen that comes with full HD resolution. It is powered by a Snapdragon 652 processor (Quad-core ARM Cortex A72 @ 1.8GHz and Quad-core ARM Cortex A53 @ 1.2GHz), along with Adreno 510, 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It too has a 23-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel front facing camera. The camera features include Asus PixelMaster 3.0 camera: Æ’/2.0, 6-element Largan lens, 0.03 second TriTech Autofocus (Contrast AF/ PDAF/ 2nd Gen Laser AF), 4-axis photo OIS, 3-axis video EIS, Color correction sensor, and Dual tone LED flash.
The Zenfone 3 Ultra runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with ZenUI 3.0 and is backed up by a bigger 4,600 mAh battery with Quick charge 3.0 and Reverse charging feature. The smartphone also houses a fingerprint scanner, which is integrated into its home button and has USB-C 3.0 port as well. Besides, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, MiMO WiFi, GPS (with AGPS, GLONASS and Beidou), Bluetooth 4.2, Dual New 5 Magnet Speaker, DTS Headphone:X 7.1, and NXP Smart AMP.
