Archos, a French mobile phone and tablet maker, has announced three tablets, named as 70 Oxygen,80 Oxygen and 101b Oxygen. Archos 70 Oxygen is priced at Â£75 (approximately Rs 7,332), Archos 80 Oxygen is priced at Â£99.9 (approximately Rs 9,774) while Archos 101 Oxygen is priced at Â£119 (approximately Rs 11,640). All the three will be available in May for sale from this year. The tablets are to be showcased at Mobile World Conference, 2016 which is to be held in Barcelona this February 22.
All the three tablets have the same set of specifications except the screen size, dimension and battery. As the name suggests, the 70 Oxygen features a 7-inch screen while 80 Oxygen and 101b feature 8-inch and 10.1-inch screens respectively. They pack in a 3,000mAh, 4,500mAh and 6,000mAh battery, respectively.
All the three tablets are powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek 8163A processor with Mali 720MP2 GPU which is coupled with 2 GB RAM. They have 16 GB of internal memory and an expandable storage slot. They come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. The Archos 70 Oxygen measures 186 x 106 x 8mm, Archos 80 Oxygen measures 208 x 120 x 8mm and the Archos 101b Oxygen measures 260 x 160 x 8mm.
All the three devices sport a 5-megapixel rear shooter with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. For connectivity, they offer WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB port and GPS.
