Android Lollipop based Panasonic P50 Idol, P65 Flash launched, price starts from Rs 6,790

The P65 Flash flaunts a 5.5-inch screen while the P50 Idol comes with a 5 inch display.

Panasonic India today announced the release of two new affordable smartphones, the P50 Idol and P65 Flash, at Rs 6,790 and Rs 8,290 respectively.

Both devices are based on the latest 5.1 (Lollipop) OS and are powered by 1.3 GHz quad core processors. The devices come with 1GB RAM, 8GB internal memory and expandable memory of 32GB. The Panasonic P50 Idol and P65 Flash have 8 MP megapixel main camera that comes with LED flash and 720p HD recording ability while for selfies they offer 2 megapixel front lens.

The new Panasonic smartphones also offer and dual SIM with support. The P65 Flash flaunts a 5.5-inch screen, complimented by a metallic gold or silver finish, with a mega 2910mAh capacity battery for longer operations. With a similarly large 2150mAh battery, the 5-inch P50 Idol comes with metallic brush-effect on the back panel.

Besides, they have WiFi (b/g/n), WiFi Hotspot, 2.1, port and WiFi Direct.

With the release of the P50 Idol and P65 Flash, Panasonic now offers nearly 30 smartphones at affordable price points for every buyer to indulge themselves or their loved ones this festive season.”
