Two unannounced Alcatel smartphone have been spotted online. The handsets, named as Alcatel OneTouch Idol 4 and Idol 4S, found listed on company’s support website, which revealed almost all their specifications. Reportedly, these two smartphones will be launched during MWC 2016, which is to be held in Barcelona on February 22-26.
According to the listing, Alcatel OneTouch Idol 4S features a 5.5-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) AMOLED Display and is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor (1.8GHz quad-core + 1.4GHz quad core) which runs the phone along with 3GB of RAM and Adreno 510 GPU. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is packed with a 3000 mAh battery.
OneTouch Idol 4S comes with 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable by up-to 512 GB via microSD card. The smartphone flaunts a 16-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. On the connectivity front, the smartphone offers 4G/LTE, WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac), WiFi Direct, Micro-USB port, Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS/A-GPS. The handset measures 153.9×75.4×6.99mm and weighs 149 grams. The Sensors include G-sensor, E-Compass, Hall sensor, Proximity, Light sensor and Gyroscope.
On the other hand, Alcatel OneTouch Idol 4 features a 5.2-inch FHD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor (1.7GHz quad-core + 1.2GHz quad core). The smartphone come in two RAM variants -2GB and 3GB. The OneTouch Idol 4 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is packed with a 2610 mAh battery.
OneTouch Idol 4 comes with 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up-to 512 GB via a microSD card. The smartphone flaunts a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. On the connectivity front, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G/LTE, WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac), WiFi Direct, micro-USB port, Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS/A-GPS. The handset measures 147×72.5×7.1mm and weighs 130 grams. The sensors include G-sensor, E-Compass, and Gyroscope.
