Airtel launches new Rs 48, Rs 98 prepaid data plans with 28 days validity

Both the Airtel Rs 48 and 98 plans have been introduced for users who are looking for only data benefits at a very affordable price.

Airtel has launched two new prepaid recharge plans of Rs 48 and Rs 98 for its subscribers. Both the plans are now available to Airtel subscribers in all telecom circles.

At the moment, Airtel website is not showing the new plans, but we managed to find the plans on a third party recharge website which has started to reflect the new plans for all the telecom circles of Airtel.

Both the Airtel Rs 48 and 98 plans have been introduced for users who are looking for only data benefits at a very affordable price. The Airtel Rs 48 prepaid data plan comes with 3GB of 3G/4G data and a validity of 28 days. The Airtel Rs 98 prepaid data plan also comes with a validity of 28 days and it offers 6GB of 3G/4G data and 10 free national for the whole validity period.

These plans come after Airtel recently launched Rs 248 prepaid recharge plan for first-time users. The Rs 248 plan offers unlimited local calls and national roaming. New customers will get 1.4GB of data per day and the pack is valid for 28 days. In total, users will get 39.2GB of data for the whole validity period.

There are other plans as well under the FRC section, which includes Rs 76, Rs 178 and Rs 495. The Rs 76 pack offers 21 minutes of and 100MB of data for a validity of 28 days. The Rs 178 FRC plan offers unlimited voice calls along with 1GB of data and 100 SMS per day for a validity of 28 days. The Rs 495 pack offers 1.4GB of data per day and the pack comes with a validity of 84 days. Users get unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS per day benefits as well.
