After launching its 4G services in Indore, Airtel yesterday announced the launch if its 4G services in Bhipal, Raisen and Vidisha. You can access Airtel’s 4G services through LTE smartphones, Mi-Fi devices and dongles with various pre-paid and postpaid offers.
Similar to its other circles, Airtel has deployed FD LTE technology in the 1800 Mhz Band to roll out 4G services across Madhya Pradesh. Airtel has rolled out the services using 10 Mhz of 1800 Mhz spectrum and this, as per the operator, is the first time in the industry and will help deliver a superior mobile Broadband experience to Airtel customers in the state.
Briefing out the Postpaid and Prepaid offers, Airtel is offering its Infinity plans starting from Rs 1,199 through which postpaid users can enjoy 4G data with unlimited voice calls for STD, local and roaming. Further, postpaid customers can also enjoy Airtel’s myPlan offers.
For prepaid customers, for a special recharge of Rs 1,495, users can enjoy free 4G data for 90 days. Further, for Rs 1,498, one will get 4G data upfront and later on 1GB 4G at Rs. 54/- for the next 12 months. Monthly plans for 4G devices start from Rs. 450/- and customer can also avail the attractive advance rental plans starting from Rs. 4500/- to avail their new device free of cost.
Airtel was the first telecom operator in India to introduce 4G services back in 2012 and as of now the company has 4G services spread across 18 circles. Additionally, last year Airtel also commenced its famous Project Leap which is targeted to implement network transformation. Project Leap is said to be a Rs 60,000 Crores investment improving its network quality and data speeds.

Airtel also announced a new 4G offer for prepaid customers who can now enjoy 10 GB 4G data for just Rs 249 with any new 4G handset. With Rs 249 recharge, 1 GB data will be instantly credited to the customer’s account and the additional 9 GB data can be claimed by the customer through My Airtel app. The offer is now applicable on all newly purchased 4G enabled smartphones.
