Acer has launched a new projector, dubbed as A1500, in India. Priced Rs 82,000, the device will be available for purchase across key retailers in the country starting from today.
The new projector comes with a sleek design and offers projection capability up to 100 inches. The projector is capable of full HD projection and comes with a brightness of 3000 lumens and a contrast ratio of 20000:1.
The A1500 projector is equipped with a LumiSense+ light sensor which can detect ambient light conditions and then automatically optimises brightness levels and colour saturation accordingly. The light sensor also comes with a content-aware process that analyses projected content frame by frame and dynamically adjusts image visibility to optimum levels while its 4 corner keystone ensures perfect picture even if it is projected from the corner of the room.
The projector can be connected to a set-top box, DVD player and can be wirelessly connected to a smartphone, laptop or tablet by plugging a wireless dongle on the top of the device. It comes with a 10,000 hrs of lamp life and built-in speaker for a seamless entertainment solution.
