Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 4GB

Redmi Note 8 features a 6.39-inch FHD+ AMOLED Display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels, 90 per cent screen-to-body ratio, TUV Rheinland eye protection certification and aspect ratio of 19:5:5. It comes armed with Snapdragon 665 11nm processor (Quad 2GHz Kryo 260 + Quad 1.8GHz Kryo 260 CPUs) coupled with Adreno 610 GPU, 3rd generation AIE engine. The phoner has double-sided 2.5D glass design and 5th generation Gorilla glass protection on the front and back with splash-resistant coating. The phone comes with an option to expand the storage up to 256GBvia microSD card.

For the optics, it has an AI quad rear camera setup with 48-megapixel as the primary sensor with  f/1.79 aperture, Sony IMX586 sensor, 6P lens, PDAF, EIS, an 8-megapixels 120 degree super wide-angle lens with 1.12 μm, 2-megapixel macro lens with 1.75μm pixel size, f/2.4 aperture and a 2-megapixels depth of field lens along with Dual LED Flash. On the front, it has a 13-megapixel selfie shooter that supports AI beauty. The phone runs on Android 9 based on MIUI 10 and comes packed with 4000mAh battery with 18W fast charge support. 

Other features include super linear speaker, hidden speaker sound wave dust removal, 0.4mm maximum amplitude, Fingerprint sensor, Splashproof (P2i nano-coating) and it has automatic cleaning patent design. Further, the Redmi Note 8 comes equipped with a Type-C interface with an Infrared remote control and a 3.5mm Headphone jack. Other connectivity options include VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac, GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS. The phone measures 164.4×75.6×9.3mm and weigh 198 grams.
