The Huawei Mediapad X2 was unveiled at the ongoing Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on March 2
The Huawei Mediapad X2 has a metal body with almost no bezel on either side (right and left) of the display and is extremely thin (7.18 mm). It comes in silver and gold colours.
The Mediapad X2 has a 7 inch IPS, LTPS touch display with full high definition resolution and 10 point touch input. It offers 450 nits of brightness.
The tablet has the 2 GHz, 64 bit octa core processor and the Mali T628 graphics processor.
The Huawei Mediapad X2 has the Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system on top of which lies the Huawei Emotion 3.0 interface.
The handset comes in two memory combination - one model has 2 GB RAM with 16 GB internal memory while the other has 32 GB internal memory and 3 GB RAM. Both the versions though have a 128 GB capacity based micro SD card slot.
The Mediapad X2 has two SIM slots and both are capable of handling 4G SIMs. Besides, it offers WiFi (a/b/g/n/ac), Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi Hotspot, and micro USB 2.0 port. It has also GPS with A-GPS for navigation.
The Huawei Mediapad X2 has a 13 megapixel BSI sensor based rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera.
The X2 tablet offers a 5000 mAh Li-Po battery that claims to offer 24 days of standby and offers reverse charge function.
The Huawei Mediapad X2 has Ambient Light Sensor, Accelerometer, Proximity sensor, Gyroscope and Compass.
