The HTC Desire 820 measure 155 grams and has a dimension of 15.77x7.87x0.77 cm.
Like other HTC handsets, it comes with dual front speakers and has BoomSound feature.
The Desire 820 has a 5.5 inch display with high definition resolution. The display has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection as well.
The smartphone has the 64 bit Snapdragon 615 octa core processor.
The smartphone is based on Android operating system and has the usual HTC Sense interface along with the Blinkfeed feature.
The HTC Desire 820 has huge 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage and a micro SD card slot that can accommodate a card of up to 128 GB.
The Desire 820 is armed with a 13 megapixel rear camera with BSI sensor and f2.2 apreture and it can capture full HD videos. In the front it has an 8 megapixel camera.
The HTC Desire 820 comes with 4G connectivity apart from the regular Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, DLNA, GPS, and micro USB 2.0 port.
For such a big device, a big battery is needed and HTC has rightly armed it with a 2600 mAh battery.
HTC has announced the all new Desire 820 for the Indian market. It will be available in the market in November but its price has not been revealed.
