Ziox Mobiles, a part of Sun Airvoice Private Limited, today announced a new scheme called ‘111 Replacement Policy’ aka ‘Ziox Advantage’, for the entire portfolio of its feature phones. Under this policy, customers owning a Ziox feature phone can get their handsets replaced within a period of 111 days in case they are not satisfied with the device. The policy will came into effect from the day of purchase or activation (whichever is earlier) of your feature phone. The ‘111 Replacement Policy’ for feature phones is already in place starting 1st February 2017.
However, initially this policy will be applicable in selective states, which includes – Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Maharashtra, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. After seeing the response of this initiative, the111 Replacement Policy aka Ziox Advantage might get extended to Pan India level.
