Indian handset maker, Xolo has introduced a new handset called Xolo Q700 Club. At Rs 6,999, the handset is the cheapest smartphone to be dust and water resistant for which it has got IP55 rating as well.

So though you cannot just take a dip in a pool with the Club like Sony Xperia Z2 but you can walk around a drizzle without worrying about its safety. The Motorola Moto G which is selling for above Rs 10,000 too has a water repellent coating but doesn’t carry any IP rating.
