Xolo is all set to introduce a new user interface, dubbed as HIVE UI, for the Google Android based devices. Xolo has also revealed on its Facebook page, perhaps accidentally, that the upcoming Dual-SIM Play 8X-1000 smartphone will be launched in early August. The post has been redacted but the users can always check out the glimpse of the HIVE UI on the Xolo website – https://www.xolo.in/hive/. 
Xolo Play 8X-1000 smartphone is set to debut with the HIVE UI. No further details were divulged about the smartphone. However, Xolo recently introduced the Play 6X-1000 smartphone with a hexa-core MediaTek MT6591 mobile chipset. So it is quite obvious that Play 8X-1000 can be expected to arrive with octa-core MediaTek mobile chipset.
The HIVE UI has been developed on Android 4.4 KitKat update and in a way adheres to the design language of upcoming Android L update. For instance, the top bars of the App makes the transparent navigation bar get the same colour. Easy control switch between Dual-SIM modes, themes and many more optimisations. The Lockscreen has an interesting improvement to stack up the notifications.
Meanwhile, Xolo has also promised to make the HIVE UI available to select existing devices and most upcoming devices.
