Xiaomi has started rolling out a new update to its latest smartphone, the Redmi Note 7 Pro, in India. The new update brings a host of improvements in the camera departments along with some bug fixes and system optimisation.
The update brings improvements to the 48-megapixel sensor as well as the 12-megapixel shooter. It also brings improvements in Portrait mode and it fixes the issue of underexposure as well. Apart from this, the new update also improves the performance in the low light scenario and it also fixes the indoor auto white balance in the latest smartphone.
Apart from this, the update also fixes the issue through which the screen was able, not able to light up using gestures. It also fixes screen brightness issues and fixes a bug in which the call-time bubble was overlapping with notification icons. Finally, the update also adds March 2019 security patch to the Redmi Note 7 Pro.
To recall, the company introduced the new smartphone along with Redmi Note 7 in India in February this year. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro comes in two variants – 4GB RAM with 64GB storage priced at Rs 13,999 and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage will cost you Rs 16,999. The Redmi Note 7 Pro runs MIUI 10 based on Android Pie and is fueled by 4000mAh battery with support for Quick charge 4.0. The company claims to offer 14 days of standby time and 10.5 hours of video playback. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 octa-core Processor with Adreno 612 GPU.
