Xiaomi has today launched its new Redmi Note 6 Pro in India. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro comes in two variants – 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage, 6GB RAM + 64GB internal storage priced at Rs 13,999 and Rs 15,999 respectively. The smartphone comes in Blue, Red, Black and Rose Gold colours and will be available for sale on Flipkart and Mi.com starting November 23 at 12 PM. It will be available via Mi Home and Mi Preferred offline stores soon.
During the Black Friday sale tomorrow, the 4GB variant will cost you Rs 12,999 ehile the 6GB variant will be priced at Rs 14,999. On purchasing the Redmi Note 6 Pro, the HDFC Bank credit and debit cards users will get Rs 500 instant cashback as well as on EMI transactions. A Surprise Sale date will also be announced at 12pm IST (Noon) tomorrow. The handset will come with a free ultra-slim case, and there is Rs 2,400 instant cashback and 6TB complimentary data from Jio.
The smartphone is the successor of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro which was launched in India earlier this year. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is priced at Rs 14,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage and Rs 16,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro features a 6.26-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a 2280 x 1080 pixels resolution. The display comes with 19:9 aspect ratio 500 nits brightness, and 86 percent screen-to-body ratio. The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 1.8GHz octa-core Processor with Adreno 509 GPU.
Redmi Note 6 Pro smartphone has two variants – 4GB/6GB RAM, 64GB internal storage and expandable memory up to 128GB with microSD.On the software front, the Redmi Note 6 Pro runs Android 8.1 Oreo-based MIUI 10 and the phone is fueled by a 4,000mAh battery with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 support. For security features, the phone has Face Unlock and fingerprint sensor.
For the imagining department, the Redmi Note 6 Pro comes with four cameras – two rear and two front. The dual rear comes with a combination of 12-megapixel primary sensor with dual Pixel Autofocus and f/1.9 aperture, and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor for depth sensing. The dual front cameras include a primary 20-megapixel camera and a secondary 2-megapixel depth sensor.
Connectivity features of Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS, A-GLONASS, micro-USB 2.0 port and 3.5mm audio jack. It measures 157.9 x 76.38 x 8.2mm.
