Xiaomi Mi Note 10 teased to launch in India soon

The Mi Note 10 is the global version of the Mi CC9 Pro smartphone launched in China.

Xiaomi Mi Note 10 was launched in Spain earlier this month. Now the company has started teasing to launch the phone in India soon.

Xiaomi India head, Manu Kumar Jain on his Twitter handle revealed that a phone packing 108-megapixel camera is coming soon to India. Currently, only Xiaomi phone with a 108-megapixel sensor is the Mi Note 10 aka the Mi CC9 Pro.So we can expect the Mi Note 10 to be launched in the country soon. However, his tweet does not reveal a launch date in India.

The Mi Note 10 is the global version of the Mi CC9 Pro smartphone launched in China. The smartphone comes in three variants – 6GB with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage priced at 2799 Yuan (approx. Rs 28,000), 3099 Yuan (approx. Rs 31,200) and 3499 Yuan (approx. Rs 35,000) respectively. So, it is expected that the phone will be priced at around Rs 30,000 in India.

Xiaomi Mi Note 10 features a 6.47-inch curved full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) display with a pixel density of 398ppi, peak brightness of 600 nits (HBM), TUV Rheinland certification, 5 protection and a contrast ratio of 400000:1. It is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G with Adreno 618 GPU, paired with up to 8GB of RAM. The phone does not come with support for storage expansion.

For the cameras, Mi Note 10 comes with a penta camera setup with a combination of 108-megapixel main camera with an f/1.69 aperture, 1/ 1.33″ Samsung HMX sensor, 0.8μm pixel size, OIS, 7P lens, Dual flash, 12-megapixel 1/2.6-inch 2PD sensor with 1.4um for 2x zoom and portrait, 5-megapixel telephoto lens for 10x hybrid zoom and 50x digital zoom, 5x optical zoom, OIS, 20-megapixel 117° ultra-wide angle lens, 2-megapixel for 1.5cm macro shots. These five sensors are coupled with dual OIS and two dual flash units.

On the front, there is a 32-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 aperture. It supports an in-display fingerprint sensor. It runs on 9 Pie based on the MIUI 11 UI and is backed up by a 5,260mAh battery with support for 30W that can charge the phone to 58% in 30 minutes and 100% in 65 minutes.

Connectivity options include LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, 5,0, 3.5mm audio jack, USB Type-C port, / A-GPS, Galileo, and GLONASS. It measures 157.8 x 74.2 x 9.67mm and weigh 208grams.
