Mi India is hosting Mi Fan festival on Mi.com tomorrow i.e 6th April, when it will offer prizes and attractive deals for a number of its products.
Xiaomi will offer the Mi 5 for the first time on flash sale, along with the Redmi Note 3, and its 20000 mAh Mi Power Bank at 11 am, 2 pm and 5 pm tomorrow. Xiaomi Mi 5 is priced at Rs 24,999 and was recently unveiled in India. Mi Power bank is priced at Rs 1,699 and Redmi Note 3 16 GB costs Rs 9,999. The 16GB variant will be available in all three colours and the 32GB variant will be available in gold and grey.
Other then these, Xioami will also sell accessories like, Mi In-Ear Headphones Pro, Mi In-Ear Headphones Pro and Mi In-Ear Headphones Pro priced at Rs 1,399, Rs 249 and Rs 149 respectively. Xiaomi is also providing discounts on some of its products. Xiaomi Mi 4 will be available for Rs. 12,999 at a discount of Rs. 2,000 while Redmi 2 Prime will be priced at Rs. 6,499 with a discount of Rs 500, for one day only. There is Rs 200 off on Mi Band and Mi In-Ear Headphones bundle, Rs 50 off on all Redmi Note 3 cases when purchased along with a Redmi Note 3. Plus if you buy Mi 4i or Mi Pad, you get free basic Mi In-Ear Headphones worth Rs. 299.

To recall, The Xiaomi Mi 5 features a 5.15 inch display that has full HD resolution. It is powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor, along with Adreno 530 graphics processor, dual SIM, a fingerprint scanner and Android Marshmallow operating system. The phone has a 16 megapixel rear camera that has Sony IMX298 sensor, 6P lens, phase detection auto focus feature, LED flash light support, optical image stabilization and sapphire glass protection for lens. The rear camera can record 4K videos. For selfies, the Mi 5 offers a 4 megapixel front camera.
The Xiaomi Mi 5 is fuelled by a 3000 mAh battery and comes with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 technology. It has a USB Type C port too. Other than that, the Mi 5 offers WiFi (a/b/g/n/ac), Bluetooth 4.2 and NFC. The handset measures 144.5×69.2×7.25mm and weighs 129 grams.
The Xiaomi Mi 5 also has UFS 2.0 storage which is said to offer 87 per cent faster read write speed than eMMC 5.0 storage which is found in other smartphones. The Mi 5 comes with 4G+ (CAT 12 LTE modem) technology that can offer up to 600 Mbps speed. It also supports VoLTE.
