In order to enhance its customer service, Xiaomi has collaborated with technology-enabled customer care service provider, B2X. Xiaomi has already been in touch with B2X in Europe to provide support for Xiaomi’s various accessories across the European market. In India, B2X has opened up 31 walk-in service centres across India providing seamless support for Xiaomi smartphones in the country.
As expected, all the service centres in India are based on B2X SMARTBAR solution which is considered to be one of the most innovative in-store customer care solutions for mobile devices and consumer electronics. If you are not aware of what this customer care solution has in store, B2X SMARTBAR is a flexible in-store service solution that provides personal support and service for any warranty or out-of-warranty related issues including cross-selling devices and accessories. As mentioned in the release, Xiaomi is currently no. 4 smartphone manufacturer after it entered the Indian smartphone market in 2014. Also, one should note that B2X is not the only customer service partners. Last year, the company collaborated with HCL services to open up exclusive Experience Service Centres providing after sale service for Xiaomi smartphones.
