After launching
the Redmi Note 4 in China back in August 2016 in three colour variants including dark grey, gold and silver models, Xiaomi has now added two new colours to the list with Blue and Black variants in its home country (China). Further, the Blue and Black colour variants are available in 3GB of RAM with 32GB of internal storage and 3GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage priced at 999 Yuan or approximately Rs 9,755.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 which is tipped to launch in India next year in January is expected to boast a price tag of Rs 11,999. As for the price in China, the 2GB RAM with 16GB internal storage is priced at 899 Yuan (approximately Rs 9,060) while the 3GB variant with 64GB internal storage will cost you 1199 Yuan or approximately Rs 12,080 in China.
In terms of specifications, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 sports a 5.5-inch full HD 2.5D curved display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. The device is expected to come with Snapdragon 652 Chipset in India although it was launched with the Mediatek Helio X20 in China. For optics, the device offers a 13-megapixel Autofocus rear camera with dual tone LED flash, PDAF, f/2.0 Aperture and a 5-megapixel front camera. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and has a 4000 mAh battery. It features a metal body and also has a fingerprint sensor at the back. On the connectivity front, the device offers 4G with VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), GPS with AGS/GLONASS and USB Type C. The handset measures 151 x 76 x 8.35mm and weighs 175 grams.
