Vivo has today launched Vivo Y97 smartphone in China. The smartphone is priced at 1,998 Yuan which is approx. Rs and is now available for purchase in China. It comes in three colour options – Starry Night Black, Dream Powder (Pink), and Aurora Blue.
Vivo Y97 features a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED Display with waterdrop notch and 1920 x 1200 Pixel resolution. It is powered by 2.0GHz octa-core Helio P60 (MT6771) processor.

The Vivo Y97 has a 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, which is expandable upto 256GB via micro sd card. For the optics, Vivo Y97 features a 16-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel secondary camera and a 16-megapixel front camera. The phone has facial unlock feature and it comes with IR sensor to unlock the phone even in low-light conditions.
The device will have an Android 8.1 Oreo operating system with the company’s own custom interface and is fueled by a 3240mAh battery. It measures a 155.97 x 75.63 x 8.1 mm and 162.4 grams.
