Vio has reportedly launched a 4GB variant of its Y81 smartphone for Rs 13,490. The company launched 3GB variant earlier for at Rs 12,999 but after a recent price cut, the price was brought down the price to Rs 11,990.
As per a tweet by Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom, the Vivo Y81 4GB variant has been launched in India at Rs 13,490. The new variant of the Vivo Y81 has an internal storage of 64GB and 4GB of RAM. Apart from this storage change, other specs remain the same as the 3GB variant of Y81.

To recap the specs, the Vivo Y81 comes equipped with a 6.22-inch FullView HD+ IPS display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and a Resolution of 1,520×720. Powering the Vivo Y81 is the MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core 2.0GHz Processor paired with 4GB of RAM. It comes with 64GB internal storage which can further be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card.
On the camera front, Vivo Y81 a single 13-megapixel rear camera supporting f/2.2 Aperture and phase detection autofocus. For the front, it has a 5-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture. It is backed up by a battery of 3260mAh and it runs Android 8.1 Oreo with Vivo’s custom OS, FunTouch UI, running on top.
On the connectivity front, the Vivo Y81 comes with 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS+GLONASS, micro USB port, FM Radio and 3.5mm Headphone jack. The phone has155.06 x 75 x 7.7mm dimensions and weighs 145 grams.
