Recently the price of Vivo V7 was slashed by Rs 3,000. Now Vivo has reportedly also reduced the price of Vivo Y69 smartphone by Rs 1,000, according to Mahesh Telecom, a Mumbai-based mobile phone retailer. The retailer announced the price cut via its social media platforms (Facebook and Twitter). However, there is no official confirmation from Vivo regarding the same. Vivo Y69 comes in Champagne Gold and Matte Black colours.
Vivo Y69 was launched in India for Rs 14,990 last year. Now after the price cut, Vivo Y69 will be available for Rs 13,990. It is also to be noted that at the time of writing the story, Vivo Y69 is retailing at its original price of Rs 14,990 on Amazon India and Flipkart.

Vivo Y69 has a 13 megapixel rear and 16-megapixel front camera. It has a 5.5-inch HD IPS (1280 x 720 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by 1.5 GHz Octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor, with a 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory. The device supports dual SIM slots and a separate Micro SD card slot expandable up to 256GB, to increase the storage further. Y69 runs on Funtouch OS 3.2 (based on comes7.0) and comes with a 3000 mAh battery.
