Last month, two Vivo smartphone with model number Y66 and Y66L with identical specifications were found listed on the website of TENAA – the Chinese certification agency. Now the Vivo Y66 has been made official in China at Yuan 1498, which is approximately Rs 14,610.
The Vivo Y66 features a 5.5-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixel and is powered 1.4GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 430 processor, along with Adreno 505 GPU. The smartphone phones comes with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up-to 128GB via microSD card. The Y66 runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system wrapped under Funtouch OS 3.0 and is backed up by a 3000mAh non-removable battery with Quick Charge 2.0 technology.
On the camera front, it sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video chats. Besides, the smartphone offer Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, a microUSB port, WiFi, GPS, Gravity sensors, distance sensors, and light sensor. The handset measure 153.56×75.79×7.49 mm and weighs 157 grams. Further, smartphones comes in Rose Gold and Silver colour options.
