Vivo NEX Dual Screen smartphone was launched last month in China with 10GB RAM. Seems like the company will be releasing a less powerful variant of the device with 8GB RAM. An 8GB RAM version of the Vivo Nex Dual Display smartphone has been spotted on TENAA.
The Vivo V1820A and Vivo V1820T have appeared on TENAA certification website with their specifications. Even though the model numbers are different, the smartphones have the same specs.
As per the TENAA listing, the Vivo smartphone sports two displays – one with 6.39-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED Display and one with 5.49-inch Full-HD OLED display. To recall, Vivo NEX Dual Display Edition features a 6.39-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED primary display that has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and a secondary 5.49-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display.
The smartphone has a triple camera setup at the back like the NEX Dual Display, but, there’s a difference between these camera setups. Vivo NEX Dual Display which has a 12MP + 2MP + TOF triple camera setup, this variant has a 12MP + 13MP + 2MP triple camera setup.
Furthermore, the NEX Dual Display is powered by Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with 10 GB RAM. However, the new spotted Vivo smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 710 SoC which is coupled with 8 GB RAM.
The new Vivo phone will have a 3,425 mAh battery and run on Android Pie. It measures 157.19 x 75.3 x 8.09mm, and weighs 200.19g. It will be available only in gold colour as per TENAA listing. The listing though has not revealed the images of the phone.
