Videocon has announced another affordable smartphone, named Videocon A29. It comes with decent features despite being priced at Rs 5,799.
To start with, the Videocon A29 features a 4 inch display with 480×800 pixels resolution. It is based on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, 512 MB RAM, and a 1.2 GHz dual core processor. For storage, it has 4 GB of internal memory and an expandable storage slot that can accommodate a micro SD card of up to 32 GB.
The Videocon A29 comes with dual SIM slot and supports 3G connectivity. Besides, it has Bluetooth, Micro-USB, Wi-Fi, and GPS/ A-GPS support. It has a 1400 mAh battery and it supports FM radio as well.
The USP of Videocon A29, as described by the company on its product page, is its “stylish” rear panel. As you can see in the picture, the A29 seems to have a stiched rear panel as the new age Samsung devices but nothing much is known about the phone as of now.
